NVCC Walk-In Days Make College Attendance Easy

The process of enrolling at Naugatuck Valley Community College has been made easy through upcoming walk-in events being held at the College throughout August.

Beginning August 2, those interested in the following activities can enroll at NVCC after one walk-in visit:

·         Applying to the college

·         Applying for financial aid

·         Taking the placement test

·         Meeting with an advisor

·         Registering for classes

·         Begin paying for classes

                                          

First time students must complete a college application at the College or by visiting www.nv.edu/Apply . Those applying must provide:

·         Proof of high school completion

·         Immunization documentation for MMRV

·         Student ID number and photo identification

·         Payment, due on the day of registration. If financial aid has not been finalized, students can make a payment through NVCC’s payment plan or pay tuition in full. See www.nv.edu/Paying-for-College for information.

·         Payments of cash, check or credit card are accepted.

NVCC campus, 750 Chase Parkway, Waterbury, CT
Visitors should check in with Admissions, K500 (Kinney Hall)
parking is available in “C” lot. Driving directions.

Students attending this session can register for classes held in Waterbury, Danbury or both. Those unable to attend a walk-in event can sign up for an advising and registration session by calling (203) 575-8054.
