Up to a Foot of Snow Forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday

As an estimated 5" to 12" of snow starts to fall, here's what you need to know regarding the storm:

• There is a parking ban in effect in Cheshire Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. until noon on Wednesday,  January 22, 2014.

• Cheshire Academy will open at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday.

• The Cheshire Public Library is closing at 4:00 p.m. today.

• Parks and Recreation evening programs are cancelled.

• The Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission Public Hearing and Regular Meeting, the Performing and Fine Arts Commission regular meeting and the Theatre Subcommittee meeting for this evening have been cancelled.
