Your Take: What's the Best Way to Address the Cheshire Bubble?

With a committee getting ready to explore the bubble's fate, we ask today: what should that fate be?

The fate of the pool bubble is in the public's hands and starting April 23, the Cheshire Town Council will begin exploring the best way to address the issue of a seemingly never-ending problem.

"This will be a public enterprise that will be held in public and once the ball gets rolling you will be able to get your views heard," Council President Tim Slocum said in an interview last week.

The bubble collapsed earlier this year amongst a blizzard that brought over three feet of snow to Connecticut.

But why wait until April 23 to be heard? Your opinion matters so share it right here on Cheshire Patch. Is it time to take the bubble down for good? Should the town replace it with added safeguards?
