Back To Church Sunday

The Cornerstone Church will be hosting its annual “Back to Church Sunday” on Sunday, September 9, 2012 at both its 9:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. services.  Following each service, Cornerstone will offer bounce houses, cider donuts, apple cider and a chance to learn about its Fall schedule.  “We are very excited to again participate in this national event,” said Pastor Eric Bucci.  “This is a great time for the community to reconnect with God and our Church family.”

This Fall, Cornerstone will be offering a variety of life groups and classes with something offered every day of the week.  For example, on Mondays at 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., the church will hold a seven-week study on the “Seven Hindrances to Prayer” by Joyce Meyers. Wednesday nights will feature “The Alpha Course,” an opportunity to explore the meaning of life and ask basics questions about one’s faith.  For more information and a complete schedule, email jessica@cornerstonecheshire.com or call (203) 272-5083.

The Cornerstone Church is located at 1146 Waterbury Road in Cheshire.  Cornerstone focuses on building people in Christ and believes that the Word of God (the Bible), the transforming power of the Holy Spirit, and the fellowship of other believers is what changes us to become more like Christ.  Cornerstone offers a number of ways to connect with our community to help you grow in Christ including:  Sunday Services; Life Groups; Men's; Women's; Young Adult; Youth & Children's ministries, and various other ministries.  For more information, please visit www.cornerstonecheshire.com
