SUNDAY AFTERNOONS at the Cheshire Historical Society

The Cheshire Historical Society is open to the public on Sunday afternoons from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.  Please stop by and see the collections and special displays.  Children can play "I Spy" as they seek a certain special item in the various display rooms and learn about that object and it's role in history.  Families can take the self-guided "Heritage Walk" around the Town Green to learn more about the history of the buildings within this part of the Town Center Historic District. The current displays in the Exhibit Room include BOVANO COLLECTION - OLD & NEW PIECES (items are on loan from the Society members), FROM YESTERDAY'S KITCHEN which has some common items found in kitchens several decades ago, as well as CIVIL WAR materials in the central case.  Make some time to visit the Cheshire Historical Society - you will be glad you did!
