Cooking your family's holiday dinner? Don't miss this event! Cooking demos, free tastings, and dozens of recipes highlight the day's activities as we celebrate both new and traditional holiday dishes. Bring the flavor of the farm to your holiday table.

We're happy to welcome back Phyllis Naples-Valenti to our event. Phyllis will share her incredible recipes for cooking with Lyman apples, including a demonstration of one of our favorites recipes: Apple Butter!

Continuous cooking demonstrations and free tastings will take place throughout the day, taught by our staff of chefs, bakers, and food-enthusiasts. From appetizers, to soups, side and main dishes, to a mouthwatering dessert, recipes and cooking tips will be provided.

Many of the dishes we are preparing and serving during the event would be great additions to your own holiday table!
