3. The Benders Rock the Monkey! Saturday 7 p.m. The Funky Monkey Cafe & Gallery, 130 Elm St, $5.00. Join lead singer Denise Parri from Goldsmith's Art and Frame Gallery for a night of "Rockin' Blues with a whole lot of soul!" 
4. Annual Fidelco Dog Walk Fundraising Event, Sunday, 10 a.m., 22 Iron Horse Boulevard, Simsbury, $10.00. Meet and walk with military hero and Fidelco client, Senior Airman Michael Malarsie. Help raise funds to provide guide dogs for the seeing impaired.
5. Sound of Music by Cheshire Community Theater Sunday, 2:00 p.m., Cheshire High School, $15.00. Student from several Cheshire schools are featured in this classic musical. This matinee is the last performance of the schedule, don't miss it!
