Patch has some ideas for things to do with the kids this weekend.

  • : Russo Park, corner of Chapel Street and DePalma Court, New Haven features loads of vendors selling everything from cut flowers, fruits and vegetables, plants, cheese, meat and seafood, baked goods and more.  A great family outing.   Free.

3.    Join the Great Backyard Bird Count! 

  • Anyone can help by tallying birds for at least 15 minutes from Friday - Monday. At www.birdcount.org, you can enter the highest number of each species seen in your backyard at any one time and watch as the tallies grow across the continent!

  • Day passes make quick getaways easy and convenient.
  • Day passes to CoCo Key are available online or at the door and are sold based on water park capacity. Purchase your water park day passes online in advance to guarantee entrance. Bring your towel from home. Towels are not provided for day pass guests. Day passes are $29 per person for both adults and children 2 years of age and over.
