Cheshire Relay For Life Weekend Nears

In less than a week, the record-breaking Cheshire Relay will begin

The Cheshire Relay for Life will step off Friday with Kids' Care events and the Survivor's Lap at Cheshire High School.

Supporters will walk or run around the high school track for 24-hours with the goal of keeping at least one tea, member on the track the entire time.

The Cheshire Relay has broken numerous records for fundraising efforts and community participation, placing the town in the top 25 communities nationwide to do so.

This year, volunteers expect to raise $270,000 to support the American Cancer Society’s cancer research programs, local patient services, and education and advocacy efforts.
