Cheshire Post Office Ownership Transferred

The long-term owner of the Cheshire Post Office building has transferred the property, but it remains in the family.

Leonard J. Spodek, who for decades has leased the Cheshire Post Office building at 210 Maple Ave. to the postal service, has transferred ownership of the property. But, the transfer didn't go to an unknown investor. Instead, it was sold on May 25 for $664,380 to a family member; Leonard J. Spodek, a New York attorney, who is listed as a partner in CT Postal Holdings, LLC.
