Cheshire Resident to Head VNA Affiliate Board

The Visiting Nurse Association of South Central Connecticut has announced that Marilyn Burlenski of Cheshire was elected as Chair of the Board of Directors for the VNA's affiliate, CareSource Inc.

Burlenski is president of Burlenski Consulting Associates as well as president and CEO of Connecticut Alliance for Long Term Care, an alliance of 11 not-for-profit nursing facilities in Conn. Throughout her career, she has served in various clinical management roles and was an Associate Clinical Professor at Yale University, School of Nursing.

Burlenski received her BSN from Saint Joseph’s College.
