Desserts are not always the biggest source of sugar in your diet.

When people want to cut some sugar from their diets, they think about desserts.  Sometimes the sugar content of other products is suprisingly high.  For example a large cookie contains about 5 grams of sugar.  A slice of apple pie has 19 grams.  However, a 20 ounce bottle of Gatorade has 33 grams.
