I don't think there's anything that can compare to the Farmington Canal park. It offers so much to so many, and all you have to do is check it out on a nice day to see how popular it is.

The Farmington Canal Linear Park is an amazing gift that the people of Cheshire--and Connecticut--have given to themselves. It is accessible to all and gives everyone a safe place to get some fresh air and exercise, to get back in touch with nature and with each other. My sincere thanks goes out to everyone who is and has been involved in this project.

Mixville has it all - beach, swimming, fishing, playgrounds, pavillions, bocce, volleyball, basketball, and the best sledding hill in town.

Farmington Canal Trail is still leading the votes for "Best of" but Mixville is a strong second! Vote today!
