TELL US: Is Your Street Plowed?

Many in Cheshire are complaining that their streets were still not plowed hours after the blizzard - has yours?

There was an awful lot of snow still left on Cheshire streets Saturday night when plow drivers finally gave in and took their first break since midday Friday, but what has been done is of no consolation to many in the community.

When asked on Cheshire Patch's Facebook page Saturday night if your streets had been done yet, there were over 100 responses and one thing was made clear - there's still an awful lot of digging out for the town to do.

Here's a look at just some of the responses from our Facebook page, as of 11:15 p.m.:

Kim Knight Schwarz Windiing Trail Lane not plowed
Lori Ragozzino Patrucco Squire hill is plowed
Adam Grippo Belridge not plowed.
Lisa DiRubbo Berardi Old Farms Rd. not plowed
Thomas Pinkham Poplar Drive not plowed.
Adrienne Gottlieb Remus Road is being plowed at present by a small looking truck. Bless them for all their hard work!
Jackie Janacek Mueller Abbey Court just plowed
Karen Sands Telese Nob Hill Rd plowed around 11 this morning.
Lisa Handi SanAngelo Spruce, Sheridan, wildwood, sycamore, chesnut, not plowed

Perhaps that is a good question in itself. Plows are out there all over town, but there have also been reports of plows and trucks getting stuck in the deep snow as they attempt to plow many streets.

Unfortunately, at Cheshire Patch we cannot tell you when your street will be plowed. That doesn't mean we can't offer a chance for your to sound off and share your thoughts, experiences, concerns and thank yous (these guys have been working hard).

So we are asking you this morning to your street is plowed yet? Have you seen any plows in your area of town? Are any stuck?

Share with your friends and neighbors on Cheshire Patch what parts of town have been plowed and which still need to be in the comment section below.
