205 Crescent Cir., $225,000 from Leon Grabar to Cleo and Matthew Tarca on Sept. 12.

480A Radmere Rd. $152,000 from Elizabeth Larson to Erin McCombs on Sept. 13.

459 Redstone Dr., $459,000 from Randall Hirt to Michael Mathes on Sept. 11.

80 Frances Ct., $300,000 warranty deed, from Frances Soctomah to Frances Buzimkich on Sept. 9
