Festivities begin at 5:45 p.m. on the First Congregational Church green.

The weekend weather forecast is looking good for this year's annual Community Caroling and Tree Lighting Ceremony, which takes place Sunday evening on the town green.

The Cheshire Community Chorus will lead the community in a holiday sing-a-long starting at 5:45 p.m. The tree lighting is at 6 p.m., when Santa also arrives. The Junior Women's Club will provide refreshments.
