Jason Coble, 40, of Elroy, Wisc. was charged with breach of peace—threatening in the second-degree at 400 Industrial Ave. at 9:04 a.m.
Alfred Gfroehrer, 39, of Waterbury was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, and larceny from a motor vehicle at 10:00 a.m.
Kevin Kennedy, 18, of 860 Mountain Road was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia under a half ounce at 12:40 p.m.
Christina Silva, 31, of Waterbury was charged with failure to have insurance and failure to drive in the proper lane on West Main Street at 5:35 p.m.
Eric Delcavo, 21, of 265 Sorghum Ridge Drive was charged with possession of drugs in a school zone, possession of drug paraphernalia over a half ounce, possession of between a half ounce to four ounces of marijuana, and a turn signal violation on North Brooksvale Road at 9:58 p.m.
Friday, March 30
William Pasinski, 30, of Meriden was charged with possession of narcotics not in it's original container, possession of heroin, possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, and possession of drug paraphernalia over a half ounce at 254 South Main Street at 8:41 p.m.
Saturday, March 31
Peter Luft, 22, of 36 Quarry Village was charged with third degree burglary from a motor vehicle and larceny in the third from a motor vehicle at 46 Trout Brook Rd. at 3:24 a.m.
Ricky Cyr, 35, of 1555 Byam Rd. was charged with disorderly conduct at 10:59 a.m.
Danielle Decesare, 28, of East Haven was charged with failure to have insurance, operating with a suspended license, and failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart from another motor vehicle on West Main Street at 4:36 p.m.
Jason Bednarz, 20, of 132 Birch Dr. was charged with violating a protective order and disorderly conduct at 5:23 p.m.
Tiffany Guntrhop, 22, of Waterbury was charged with failure to have insurance, misuse of a license plate, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Waterbury Road at 9:33 p.m.
