Cheshire Driver Leaves Scene, Arrested for DWI

Two DWIs and criminal trespass charges in this week's police report.

The following information was provided by the

Brenton Reihl, 23, of 1016 Split Rock, was charged with distracted driving, failure to drive in the proper lane and evading at 2:19 a.m. on June 24. About 10 minutes later, Riehl was stopped on Wolf Hill Road and Glenbrook Drive and charged with DWI, failure to carry insurance and failure to drive in the proper lane. 

Jason Bednarz, 21, of 123 Birch Dr., was charged with first degree criminal trespass and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 66 Chantel Cir. on June 22 at 11:14 a.m. He was also charged on June 23 with criminal mischief in the third degree.

Carl Ajello, 79, of Hamden, was charged with failure to obey a control signal at Highland Avenue and Country Club Road on June 22 at 4:33 p.m.

Olya Luczynsky-Wetmore, 61, of Waterbury, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast on North Brooksvale Rd and Ott Drive on June 23, at 1:24 p.m.

Brian Nugent, 23, of Plainville, was charged with DWI and failure to drive right on Jarvis Street and Peck Lane on June 24 at 12:31 a.m.

Richard Terry, 57, of 263 Country Club Rd. was charged with failure to obey a control signal on Country Club Road and Club Lane on June 24.

Cassandra Boutsioulis, 18, of 671 Cortland Circle, was charged with speeding on Wolf Hill Road and Glennbrook Dr., on June 24 at 2:30 p.m.
