Cheshire Neighbors Charged with Breach of Peace

An 83-year-old charged in altercation with neighbors on Aspen Drive.

The following charges and arrests are provided by the

Three neighbors on Aspen Drive were charged on July 1:

  • Rito Solla, 83, of 140 Aspen Dr,. was charged with second degree breach of peace on July 1 at 6:32 p.m.
  • Yelena Bobrysh, 58, of 75 Aspen Dr., was charged with second degree breach of peace on July 1 at 6:32 p.m.
  • Nikolay Bobrysh, 62, of 75 Aspen Dr., was charged with second degree breach of peace, threatening, on July 1 at 6:32 p.m.

Darcy Dec, Bristol, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive right, evading on July 5 at 1:13 a.m. Police say Dec his a telephone pole at Marion Road and Roger Avenue and left the scene. 

Louis LaTorre, 18, 49 Rockview Dr., was charged with interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct, on June 29 at 10:51 a.m.

Juvenile, name and address not provided, was charged with possession of drug paraphrenalia, at Patton Drive and So. Main Street on June 29 at 5:47 p.m.

Ryan Sabino, 18, of Wallingford, was charged with failure to drive a reasonable distance apart, evading, on July 5 at 6:18 a.m. at Patton Drive and So. Main Street.

Michelle Labrides, 35, of 105 Ridgeview Ter. was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphrenalia and disorderly conduct on July 5 at 3:17 p.m.

Keith Pisko, 47, of Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct on July 5 at 3:17 p.m.

Jason Bednarz, 21, of 132 Birch Dr., was charged with disorderly conduct on July 6 at 3:02 p.m.

Anthony Brown, 26, of Waterbury, was charged with engaging in a pursuit, reckless driving and a number of other infractions and misdemeanors on July 6 at 7:14 p.m.
