Cheshire Police Blotter: Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Drunk Driving

The following arrest information was provided by the Cheshire Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police found themselves handling a variety of cases this week, including two DUI cases, an assault case and an arrest involving a juvenile. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Cheshire Police Department reported the following arrests:

April 4

Jasmine Lein, 25, of 316 Cornwall Ave. in Cheshire, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, April 4.

April 5

Nashaly Santiago, 18, of 181 N. Elm St. in Waterbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, improper use of a license plate and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, April 5.

Richard Uberti, 60, of 55 Lincoln Ave. in Milford, was charged with drinking while operating motor vehicle and driving under the influence, April 5.

Juvenile, age and address not released, was charged with threatening and second-degree breach of peace, April 5.

April 6

David Camacho, 20, of 204 Dublin Road in Southbury, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, April 6.

Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:

  • One person was  cited with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.
