Martin Smith, 29, 26 Hemlock Ridge, Cheshire, was charged with a failure to drive right and entering a no passing zone.

Ingrid Narvaez, 24, 113 Fillmore St., Waterbury, was charged with possession of more than .5 ounces of marijuana.
Bryan Paul, 23, 283 Courtland Ave., Waterbury, was charged with possession of more than .5 ounces of marijuana.
