Cheshire Police Blotter: Domestics End in Arrests for Two

The following arrest information was provided by the Cheshire Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Domestic cases on Tuesday and Wednesday ended when police took residents into custody or issued a promise to appear. Officers were also busy on the roads, issuing several citations. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Cheshire Police Department reported the following arrests:

May 6


Carl Brown, 34, of 139 Columbia Boulevard in Waterbury, was charged with failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, failure to display license plates, improper use of license plates or markers and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, May 6.

May 7

Joseph Ouellette, 23, of 14 Seery Road in Wolcott, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, May 7.

May 8

Kevin Dietrich, 18, of 125 Copper Beech Drive in Cheshire, was charged with disorderly conduct, May 8.

May 9

Jose Rivera, 48, of 128 Lockhart Ave. in Waterbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, May 9.

Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:

  • Three people were cited with having an unlicensed dog.
  • Two people were cited with using a cell phone while driving.
  • One person was cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • One person was cited with failure to return license after suspension.
