Cheshire Police Blotter: DUIs, Breach of Peace and More

The following arrest information was provided by the Cheshire Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police were busy over the weekend, arresting five on various charges including DUI cases, breach of peace and motor vehicle stops. In addition, the department also issued seven citations. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs. 

The Cheshire Police Department reported the following arrests:

March 14

James Russo, 27, of 1568 Meriden Road in Waterbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while unde the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failure to drive to the right, March 14.

March 16

Tyler Carrier, 23, of 126 Daisy Circle in Waterbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while unde the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, March 16.

Eric Palluotto, 61, of 230 Old Lane Road in Cheshire, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, March 16.

Joshua Casey, 26, of 150 Stonefield Drive in Waterbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle that has tinted windows without an inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle under suspension, March 16.

March 18

Richard Freeman, 30, of 49 Sullivan St. in Waterbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension, failure to insure motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to return registration following a suspension, March 18.

  • Four people were cited with speeding/traveling to fast.
  • Two people were cited with using a cell phone while driving.
  • One person was cited with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.
