Cheshire Police Blotter: March 9 - 14

The following arrest information was provided by the Cheshire Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Cheshire police remained busy this week, reporting arrests in several cases including DUI incidents, breach of peace and larceny. The department has also issued several citations for motor vehicle infractions. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Cheshire Police Department reported the following arrests:


March 9

Alicia Marie Niemuth, 24, of 382 Round Hill Road in Fairfield, was charged with failure to have headlights illuminated and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, March 9.

March 11

Melody Siniscalco, 37, of 45 Willow St. in Cheshire, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, March 11.

March 13

Scott D. Cullins Jr., 25, of 28 Darling St. in Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to insure motor vehicle, improper use of license plates and failure to renew license, March 13.

Jacqueline Gagne, 23, of 155 Franklin St. in Meriden, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, March 13.

March 14

James Paul Russo, 27, of 1568 Meriden Road in Waterbury, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive to the right, March 14.

Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:

  • Six people were cited with speeding/traveling unreasonably fast.
  • Five people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Three people were cited with operating a motor vehicle under suspension.
  • Two people were cited with improper use of license plates.
  • Two people were cited with using a cell phone while driving.
  • One person was cited with failure to meet minimum insurance requirements.
  • One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Cheshire Patch does not report infractions as part of the arrest logs.
