Nov. 21

Kadesha Thomas-Burgan, 37, 145 Bradley Ave., Hamden, was charged with third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny on Nov. 21.

Nov. 23

Candice Barnes, 26, 120 Westland St., Hartford, was charged with a criminal attempt at third-degree forgery on Nov. 23.

Jacob Trott, 19, 164 Oak Ave., Cheshire, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possessing less than .5 ounces of marijuana (an infraction) on Nov. 23.

Joseph Fleece, 42, 3 Hughes St., East Haven, was charged with operating under the influence and driving in the right-hand lane on Nov. 23.

Four Guilford teens were cited with possession of alcohol by a minor on Nov. 24. Here are their names:

Joshua Razek, 36, 68 Gedess Terrace, Waterbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny on Nov. 25.

Kirsten Evans, 20, 489 Buckland Drive, Cheshire, was charged with permitting a minor to possess alcohol on Nov. 25.

Robert Melillo, 55, 683 Prospect St., New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 26.

Nov. 28

Karissa Lane, 20, 849 Pine Rock Ave., Hamden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace on Nov. 28.

Alexis Herrmann, 23, 77 Cedar Lane, Cheshire, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer on Nov. 29.
