Kurt Podgwaite, 40, 908 Peck Lane, Cheshire, was arrested and charged with a second-degree breach of peace.
Arthur Maebry, 31, 1119 Waterbury Road, Cheshire, was arrested and charged with interfering with an officer and making a false statement in the second degree.
