Cheshire Police Blotter: Oct. 16-21

The following information was provided by the Cheshire Police Department. Inclusion on this list does indicate a conviction.

The Cheshire Police Department reported the following charges:

Oct. 16

Arthur Maebry, 31, of 1119 Waterbury Road, Cheshire was arrested and charged on second degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer on Oct. 16.

Oct. 18

William Casey, 57, of 485 Academy Road, Cheshire was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 18.

Jeffrey Casey, 31, of 621 Yalesville Road, Cheshire was arrested and charged on criminal violation of a protective order on Oct. 18.

Oct. 19

Marie Oneil, 81, of 80 Lewis Road, Cheshire was arrested and charged on Oct. 19 with disorderly conduct. She was also charged on Oct. 20 with second degree threatening and interfering with an emergency call.

Kenneth Jefferson, 39, of 126 Maple Ave., North Haven was arrested and charged with first degree larceny/auto theft on Oct. 19.

Oct. 20

Ceferino Carrion, 24, of 252 Cheshire Road, Prospect was arrested and charged with with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, third degree criminal trespassing, and operating under suspension on Oct. 20.

Oct. 21

Scott Pilon, 36, of 157 Contour Drive, Cheshire was arrested and charged with restricted turns fail to give proper signal and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol on Oct. 21.

Diane Arduini, 44, of 68 Whiting St., Plainville was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol on Oct. 21.

Brandon Derose, 25, of 252 Robin Lane, Cheshire was arrested and charged with failure to drive right except wide load, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating under suspension, and failure to meet minimum insurance requirements on Oct. 21.
