Juvenile, name and address withheld, charged with operating without a license, engaging in pursuit, reckless driving and operating an unregistered vehicle on Sept. 13 at 7:06 p.m.
Casey Conrad, 27, Ashley Court, charged with failure to obey control signal on Sept. 10 at 4:41 p.m.
