Cheshire Police Blotter: Traffic Stop Leads to Narcotics Arrest

The following arrest information was provided by the Cheshire Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A traffic stop this week led to the discovery of narcotics and led police to charge an East Hartford man with DUI and possession of narcotics among other charges. It was a light week otherwise for Cheshire Police. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Cheshire Police Department reported the following arrests:

March 30

William Quinones II, 28, of 23 Ensign St. in East Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of narcotics, failure to drive to the right, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and violation of probation, March 30.

Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:

  • Two people were cited with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.
