A July 4th underage drinking party was shut down by after the department received a noise complaint about 9:45 p.m. Four officers arrived at 311 So. Main St. and arrested 12 individuals for possession of alcohol by a minor. In addition, Bryan Costello, 21, of Levittown, New York, was charged with permitting a minor to possess alcohol.
Those charged with possession of alcohol by a minor are:
Dylan Rupprecht, 20, of Ridgefield; the following are from New York state: John Costello, 19; Dylan Franco 20; Kristen Cantwell, 20; Toni Marie Mellia, 20; Edison Gramajo, 19; Lauren Ackerly, 19; Tiffanie Spagnolo, 20; Rachel Coon, 19; Joseph Luckie, 20; Benjamin Karol, 20; Courtney O'Brien, 18 and Bryan Mogrovejo, 19.
Those arrested have a court date on July 19.
