Children's Bicycle Rodeo Rounds Up Fun

Obstacle courses, bicycle safety and free helmets were part of a morning of fun on Saturday.

The annual Kiwanis Bicycle Rodeo gave kids a chance to try out their skills and learn a few new ones during a morning of fun at Bartlem Park on Saturday. The Kiwanis provided free bicycle helmets and refreshments for the participants.

Cheshire Police bicycle patrol officers demonstrated bicycle safety and explained the rules of the road for cyclists. The young bicyclists enjoyed an obstacle course and their parents could register the bikes with the police department.
