Criminal Impersonation Arrest in Cheshire

A Bristol man is charged with criminal impersonation.

Here are the latest reports on charges and arrests from the :

Donald Hatak, 45, of Bristol was charged on March 14 with criminal impersonation and violation of adult probation at 10:42 a.m.

Alphonse Marcarelli, 20, of Bethany turned himself into police on charges of evading responsibility and failure to travel a reasonable distance apart at 2:46 p.m.

Sean Speliades, 26, of Waterbury was charged with failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and improper use of hi-beam lights on Waterbury Road at 8:49 p.m.

Kayla Silverman, 18, of 6 Shipton Court was charged with traveling unreasonably fast on Marion Road at 9:28 p.m.

Tuesday, March 13

James Tufano, 26, of Buffalo, NY was charged with larceny in the fifth-degree from 825 Wolf Hill Road at 3:56 a.m.

Karen Williams, 40, of Wallingford was cahrged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a cell phone violation on Academy Road at 1:18 p.m.

Marcus Riddle,  29, of 345 West Main St. was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Main Street at 5:21 p.m.

Joshawa Coffin, 22, of New York was charged with failure to obey a traffic control signal on Main Street at 8:31 p.m.

Danny Buzzell, 35, and Eileen Buzzell, 40 of 844 Greens Loop were charged with disorderly conduct at 8:45 p.m.

Carmen Washenko, 52, of Bristol was charged with operating under suspension, failure to have insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on West Johnson Avenue at 11:56 p.m.

In other police news:

Bruce Esposito, 50, of New Haven was charged with larceny in the third-degree and issuing a bad check after being subject of a motor vehicle stop in Hamden on Friday, March 9 at around 5 p.m. It was found he had an active warrant for his arrest from an incident dating back to December 11, 2011.  He was processed by Cheshire Police upon notification and was held on a $7,500 bond.  He is due in court March 21.
