Michael Russo, 49, of Meriden was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating under suspension, and failure to have insurance on Highland Avenue at 6:12 a.m.

Enrique Delaluz-Aguire, 23, of Meriden was charged with operating under suspension and failure to drive right on Highland Avenue at 10:47 p.m.

Dumar Landell, 23, of New Haven was charged with two counts of violating a protective order, criminal impersonation, operating under suspension, possession of marijuana under a half ounce, and failure to display a license plate on Spring Street at 11:54 p.m.

Donovan Tracy, 22, of 703 Wildwood Rd. was charged with operating under suspension on Peck Lane at 1:33 a.m.

Sunday, March 25

Christopher Emanuelson, 21, of Middletown was charged with driving under the influence on Curve Hill Road at 3:28 a.m.

Kyle Pelletier, 22, of Wallingford was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating under suspension, failure to have insurance, and misuse of a license plate on Wolf Hill Road at 6:41 p.m.

Monday, March 26

Adam Marvin, 36, of Waterbury was charged with driving under the influence, operating under suspension, and traveling unreasonably fast on Waterbury Road at 1:11a.m.

Matthew Anziano, 26, of Wallingford was charged with operating under suspension, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to return license plates, and failure to carry insurance on East Johnson Avenue at 4:46 p.m.

Devin Rolle, 22, of Meriden was charged with misuse of a license plate, failure to have insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on East Johnson Avenue at 5:12 p.m.

Wednesday, March 28

Wendell Newton, 36, of Middletown was charged with operating under suspension, misuse of a license plate, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Highland Avenue at 12:45 a.m.

Sondra Augustine, 46, of Wolcott was charged with traveling unreasonably fast on Musso View Avenue at 8:30 a.m.

Tracy Kane, 38, of Waterbury was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating under suspension, failure to have insurance, and misuse of a license plate on South Brooksvale Road at 8:51 a.m.
