Jeton Kadrioski, 37, of Waterbury was charged with failure to have insurance, reckless driving, and operating a motor cycle without a license on Yalesville Road at 12:54 a.m.

Scott Marino, 43, of 480 Oak Avenue was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Ives Row at 1:43 a.m.

Pedro Santiago, 41, of Meriden was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of a license plate, and failure to have insurance on Highland Avenue at 6:29 a.m.

Eric Barreira, 27, of Massachussetts was charged with failure to obey a stop sign on Wallingford Road at 9:33 a.m.
