Monday, February 27

Anthony Pagano, 21, of Wallingford was charged with simple trespass and failure to note change of address at 1392 Highland Avenue at 8:50 a.m.

Sean Farrell, 41, of 345 Spring Street was charged with traveling unreasonably fast on West Johnson Avenue at 10:42 p.m.

Anthony Caterino, 52, of 35 Oxford Court was charged with passing in a no passing zone and failure to carry insurance at 3:25 p.m.

Tuesday, February 28

Bernice Hill, 53, of Waterbury was charged with failure to have insurance, misuse of license plates, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Main Street at 9:19 a.m.

Wednesday, February 29

Michael Leclerc, 45, of Bristol was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and misuse of a license plate at 12:14 a.m.

John Morraldi, 59, of 15 Woodbridge Court was charged with traveling unreasonably fast on West Johnson Avenue at 5:38 p.m.

Thursday, March 1

Luis Stuart, 73, of Waterbury was charged with misuse of registration markers, failure to have insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Marion Road at 1:09 p.m.

Dethi Chino-Lazaro, 30, of Meriden was charged with operating under suspension, failure to have insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Academy Road at 4:53 p.m.

Nathaniel Tencza, 35, of Meriden was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right on Academy Road at 11:49 p.
