DWI and Underage Alcohol Charges in Cheshire

Adult charged with permitting two minors to possess alcohol.

The following information was provided by the 

Michael Montaran, 19, of Wolcott, was charged with failure to obey a stop sign on Marion Road and Jarvis Street on July 7 at 10:22 p.m.

Patricia Oakes, 46, of 1610 Plank Rd., was charged with permitting a minor to possess alcohol on July 8 at 12:28 a.m.

Ian Thornton, 20, of 810 Bardon Ct., was charged with possession of an alcohol by a minor on July 8 at 12:28 a.m. He was also charged on July 12 at 3:38 a.m. with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and disorderly conduct.

Katherine Barone, 19, of 110 Bates Dr., was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor on July 8 at 12:28 a.m. 

Theodore Kourkos, 20, of 579 Higgins Rd., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, failure to drive right, travelling unreasonably fast, failure to obey a stop sign, DWI and possession of drur paraphrenalia on July 8 at 1:06 a.m.

Brian Johnson, 30, of 721 Overlook, was charged with forgery in the second degree of July 9 at 12:09 p.m.

Thomas Kurachi Ube 18, of 27 Broadview Rd., was charged with simple tresspass on July 13 at 1:01 a.m.

Eric Icaza, 18, of 599 Redstone Dr., was charged with simple tresspass on July 13 at 1:01 a.m.

Jeffrey Casey, 31, of 621 Yalesville Rd., was charged with interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct on July 13 at 9:51 a.m.

James Thomas, 33, of 447 Spring St., was charged with breach of peace two, assault on Cornwall Ave., on July 16 at 7:57 a.m. 

Michael Sands, 32, of Wallingford was charged with disorderly conduct on Old Waterbury Road on July 16 at 6:09 p.m.

John Tremaglio, 54, of 10 Currier Way, was charged with larceny in the first degree on July 17 at 8 a.m.
