Police: Person Stole Purse From Parked Car On Charter Oak Drive
The Cheshire Police Department has apprehended a person who allegedly broke into a car in Cheshire and stole a purse.
Police have apprehended a person who allegedly broke into a car and stole a purse in Cheshire Thursday morning.
The Cheshire Citizen reports that police arrested someone who allegedly broke into a car at 55 Charter Oak Drive at around 7:26 a.m. Thursday and stole a purse out of it. A person witnessed the event, called police and the suspect was quickly apprehended.
Police have yet to identify the person because they are conducting a follow-up investigation into other crimes in the area, according to the newspaper.
