Charges of Risk of Injury to a Minor in Cheshire

Other charges include assault and breach of peace.

The following charges and arrests were provided by the Cheshire Police Department:

Lucas James Thomas, 33, of 447 Spring St., was charged with second degree breach of peace- assault, stemming from a family violence complaint, on July 16 at 7:55 a.m.

John Tremaglio, 54, of 10 Currier Way, was charged with first degree larceny after he allegedly sold property without the authority to do so. He turned himself in on July 17 at 8 a.m.

Peter Duglenski, 54, of 950 Notch Rd., was charged with 6th degree larceny - shoplifting, after officers responded to Stop & Shop on July 17 at 4:50 p.m.

Jarrel Anderson, 27, of 3 Edgecomb Rd., was charged with disorderly conduct after a report of unwanted persons on July 17 at 7:29 p.m.

Roman Kaklyugin, 42, 9 Promontory Dr., was charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor - impairing morals of a minor, and one could of disorderly conduct - assaultive, on July 19 at 7:06 p.m.

Didacus Oparaocha, 55, 33 Nathan Hale Ct., was charged with two counts of assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct on Aug. 1 at 4:23 p.m.
