Joseph Orsini, 35, of Waterbury was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Knotter Drive at 11:02 a.m.
Sarah Prifty Pascale, 46, of 115 Spring St. was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on West Main Street at 4:57 p.m.
Stephen Gagnon, 27, of Prospect was cited for failure to obey a stop sign on Peck Lane at 5:24 p.m.
