Stephen Cuddy, 51, of 30 Bishop Lane was cited for a cell phone violation on South Main Street at 11:00 a.m.

Alfred Lange, 45, of Wallingford was charged with failure to return license and operating under suspension on Highland Avenue at 6:23 p.m.

Rosemarie Gomez, 51, of West Haven was charged with failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to have working tail lamp marker on Higgins Road at 8:04 p.m.

Monday, January 23

Joseph Orsini, 35, of Waterbury was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Knotter Drive at 11:02 a.m.

Sarah Prifty Pascale, 46, of 115 Spring St. was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on West Main Street at 4:57 p.m.

Stephen Gagnon, 27, of Prospect was cited for failure to obey a stop sign on Peck Lane at 5:24 p.m.

Tuesday, January 24

Laura Esmail, 47, of Waterbury was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on South Main Street at 3:44 a.m.

Joyce Blandon, 59, of Hamden was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Highland Avenue at 8:28 a.m.

Dino Costanzo, 52, of Wallingford was charged with traveling unreasonably fast on Wolf Hill Road at 4:36 p.m.

Courtney Maccione, 32, of Hamden was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on South Main Street at 9:31 p.m.
