Thursday, April 5

Vincent Porzio, 26, of Prospect was charged with traveling unreasonably fast and failure to properly display license plate on Prospect Road at 12:30 a.m.

Anthony Daye, 26, of Hartford was charged with failure to have insurance, misuse of a license plate, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on West Johnson Avenue at 12:03 p.m.

Joyce Lozinski, 27, of Newington was charged with traveling unreasonably fast on Marion Road at 5:20 p.m.

Friday, April 6

Matthew Moran, 18, of Oxford was charged with driving under the influence and a tail light/lamp violation on Percival Drive at 2:13 a.m.

Velman Lopez, 27, of Waterbury was charged with failure to have insurance, misuse of a license plate, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on West Main Street at 4:50 p.m.

Joseph Geer, 51, of 728 Cook Hill Rd. was charged with two counts of violating a protective order, and disorderly conduct at 4:58 p.m.

David Mercugliano, 43, of 50 Round Hill Rd. was charged with traveling unreasonably fast on Highland Avenue at 9:35 p.m.

Saturday, April 7

Anthony Lapenna, 16, of 36 Currier Way was charged with traveling unreasonably fast at 1:05 a.m.

Alysha Stearns, 28, of Bristol was charged with traveling unreasonably fast on Maple Avenue at 8:35 a.m.

Miguel Serrano, 23, of New Haven was charged with breach of peace at 5:40 p.m.

Dagoberto Diaz, 32, of New Haven was charged with driving under the influence, misuse of a license plate, failure to have insurance, and allowing a person under the age of 16 to operate a motor vehicle  at 254 South Main Street at 11:19 p.m.
