Cheshire Republicans Choose Candidates for November Election.

All of the incumbent Republican Town Council members are seeking reelection.

The Republican Town Committee released its slate of candidates Tuesday for the November municipal election:

  • Town Council: 

                District 1: David Schrumm
                District 2: Tom Ruocco
                District 3: Andy Falvey
                District 4: Steve Carroll

  • Council At-Large: Sylvia Nichols, Mike O’Donnell, Jim Sima, Tim Slocum
  • Board of Education: Gerry Brittingham, Tod Dixon, Ed Hill
  • Planning & Zoning Commission: Woody Dawson, Lelah Campo
  • P&Z Alternate: Leslie Marinaro
  • Town Clerk: Carolyn Soltis

The slate of Republican candidates were nominated unanimously by the 36 members of the Republican Town Committee.
