[Video] Cheshire's Esty Looks to November Election

After winning her first primary, Elizabeth Esty looks to the general election

An upset victory for Cheshire's Elizabeth Esty against Speaker of the House Chris Donovan in the Democratic fifth district primary, gives the one-term state representative momentum to take on Republican primary winner State Sen. Andrew Roraback in November.

Here's a statement released at midnight Tuesday by her campaign:

“This is our chance to have a voice in Washington. This is our chance to join together as Democrats, to reach out to independents and Republicans and finally bring some Connecticut commonsense leadership and accountability to Congress.”
