With the Republican State Convention just two days away, candidates are busy gathering support and endorsements.
Mark Greenberg, an entrepreneur from Litchfield announced Wednesday that he's received endorsements from two local Republican Party members:
- Cheshire Republican Town Committee Chairman Adam Grippo
- State Senator Len Suzio of Meriden
"Now is the time for people to have the courage to support candidates who they best identify with. That is why I have decided to personally endorse Mark Greenberg for Congress," wrote Grippo.
"In a field of strong Republican candidates you stand out for your consistent commitment to common sense Conservative values and your ability to marshal the resources to wage a winning campaign against what will certainly be a liberal and well-funded Democrat candidate this Fall," Suzio wrote.

The Republican convention will begin Friday morning at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford.
