Fifth District Congressional candidate Elizabeth Esty will host a campaign open house Saturday at her campaign headquarters at 242 S. Main St. in Cheshire.
The event, from 3 to 5 p.m. will launch what the campaign calls a " grassroots volunteer operation." The open house is free and open to the public.
Esty, a former state representative and Cheshire Town Council member, recently announced her campaign has raised more than $360,000 in the first quarter of 2012; making it the campaign's strongest quarter yet.
