After a week of voting, and nice comments from fans, the winner of the Readers' Choice poll is

The owners of the long-established store on Highland Avenue could share some bubbly today for their store's success; they had twice as many votes as the runnter-up!

"Jim at Cheshire Wine and Spirits is the best. He is very knowledgeable about local and national brewers and micro brews. He knows his stuff and gives great recommendations. We come here (even if it's out of our way) just because of Jim and his great customer service." 

"As my wife mentioned, Jim Sibley makes Cheshire Wine and Spirits what it is. He not only knows his beer, but wines as well. We haven't been disappointed yet in any of his recommendations."

SouthEnd Spirits was the runner up in this popular category. Here's what a customer said:

"I've been a loyal costumer at Southend Spirits since I moved to Cheshire, the employees always remember you and what you like to drink. I have gone in there on a number of occasions and ask them to recommend a wine that would pair nicely with what I was serving, and most importantly that I would like."
