- 490 West Main St., $1.82 million from Gas Development Cheshire LLC of Massachusetts to SCH Cheshire LLC on Sept. 21. The location is the former Bommels Auto Wash (new Stop & Shop gas station) which was sold in Februrary to Gas Development. This month, the property it sold to SCH which is based in New Jersey and was formed as a Connecticut corporation on Sept. 17.

- 885 East Johnson Ave. $439,888, from Sandra Festa to Huge Forbes on Sept. 21.

- 40 Southwick Ct. #304, $150,000, from Nancy Scandariato to Eugene and Rose Stabile on Sept. 25.
