$5 Million in Cheshire Real Estate Sales in One Week

Real estate sales hit a peak in late September with 10 properties selling in six days.

 

The Cheshire Town Clerk recorded the following property transfers:

  • 70 Southwick Ct. #201, $134,500, from Hilda Dillon to Barbara Boardman on Sept. 21.
  • 490 West Main St., $1.82 million from Gas Development Cheshire LLC of Massachusetts to SCH Cheshire LLC on Sept. 21. The location is the former Bommels Auto Wash (new Stop & Shop gas station) which was sold in Februrary to Gas Development. This month, the property it sold to SCH which is based in New Jersey and was formed as a Connecticut corporation on Sept. 17.
  • 1245 Marion Rd., $340,000, from Sylvester Szliwoski to Andrew Martelli on Sept. 20.
  • 885 East Johnson Ave. $439,888, from Sandra Festa to Huge Forbes on Sept. 21.
  • 649 Wallingford Rd., $390,000, from Dorothy Anthony to Seth and Karen Maynard on Sept. 25.
  • 40 Southwick Ct. #304, $150,000, from Nancy Scandariato to Eugene and Rose Stabile on Sept. 25.
  • 90 Orleton Ct., $401,000, from Ronald Perine to Changtiu Dang and Xinhua Dong, on Sept. 27.
  • 605 Wood Pond Rd., $370,000, from Talivaldis Maidelis to John Paul and Kristen Cyr on Sept. 24.
  • 5 Marks Pl., $387,000, from David Merk to Drew S. And Jennifer K. Black on Sept. 27.
  • 55 East Ridge Ct., $490,000, from David Warren to Matthew Godbout on Sept. 27.
