Cheshire Basketball Teams Continue Winning Ways

Both the Cheshire High School boys and girls basketball teams continue to find ways to win as each looks to challenge for SCC Housatonic titles.

The Cheshire Rams basketball teams continue to impress this season and winning weeks for both the girls and boys basketball teams have them in sole possession of first place in the SCC Housatonic Region.

The boys basketball team walked away last week with wins over Sheehan High School (63-54) and the Amity Spartans (50-43) to take sole possession of first place in conference, according to the results pages from the CIAC Sports website.

Meanwhile, the girls basketball team improved to 8-7 overall and 4-2 in the conference with wins over Lyman Hall High School and Shelton High School last week.
