Cheshire Schools Hire New Adminstrators

A new assistant principal and a pupil services director join Cheshire School District.

Two new faces will walk the halls of a Cheshire school and the central office beginning in July when Marlene Silano and Chris Brown start their new jobs with the district.

Both were recently appointed by the Cheshire School Board. Milano is the new assistant principal at Highland Elementary School and Brown was named the new director of pupil personnel services.

Silano worked as a school counselor at Rochambeau Middle School in Southbury and was most recently the internship coordinator at St. Joseph's College in West Hartford. She is a past president of the Connecticut School Counselor Association.
