Cheshire's Dodd Middle School will have eight early dismissal days this school year. On the following days, lunch will not be served:
- October 11th
- October 24th
- October 29th
- November 21st
- November 29th
- February 5th
- June 12 (if last day of school)
Cheshire High School has one half-day planned on Nov. 21, the day before Thanksgiving. *The next school-wide holidays are Mon. Sept. 17 for Rosh Hashanah, Sept. 26 Yom Kippur and Columbus Day on Mon., Oct. 8.
Twelve snow days are built into the school calendar, running from June 13-30. The school district reports that additional snow days will be taken from the April break beginning on April 19 (Friday) and moving backward to Mon. April 15, if needed.
