Cooking Classes with Jordan Caterers' Head Chefs

Exclusive series of cooking classes including recipes, cooking
techniques & generous tastings led by Executive Chef Kevin Cottle and Executive Sous Chef Van Hurd, who head the Culinary team at Jordan Caterers.  The chefs appear regularly on Fox CT’s Morning  Extra every Wednesday and appeared with Chef Gordon Ramsay on Hell’s Kitchen.  Cathy Schaller, a representative of Hartley & ParkerLtd of Stratford, will pair wines to enhance each course while sharing her extensive knowledge of fine wines.
